This position has two pay structures available to choose from; $17 per hour base wage PLUS commissions, or straight commission.

We are looking for telephone sales reps (experience an asset but not necessary) to join our growing team! Sales Reps that possess communication & people skills, who are confident they can sell a lot of lawn care! You will also receive customer service, sales & agronomic training

What's expected of me as a Telephone Sales Associate?

●           Perform lawn care sales calls

●           Remote Representatives follow up and reach out to hot/warm leads generated by our Marketing/Door knocking crews.

●           Sell enhancements to existing programs

●           Provide great customer service

●           Meet daily and weekly goals

●           Strong personal, verbal, and written communication skills

●           Outbound calling

●           Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
