Position Summary:
This position is for Calgary residents. It is full-time seasonal and performance-based with the potential to become permanent full time. The possibilities to work remote will be discussed at the time of hire. Benefits package offered for 2nd year returning Sales Representatives.

Our outbound sales representatives are responsible for identifying the client’s service needs and enrolling them in the perfect program to fit their needs using scientifically created, highest quality products using a cloud-based dialer system. We provide extensive training along with one-on-one coaching/support on an ongoing basis.

Hiring candidates immediately for the 2024 season, limited spaces available. Guaranteed starting base of $17 per hour and a commission structure in place to easily earn $22 - $25 per hour plus year-end bonuses, and opportunities for advancement, or straight commission for more aggressive pay.

You will be calling for specific service areas across Alberta. We are locally operated with offices in Calgary and Edmonton. This in-house position is based in the Calgary call center only.

Hours of Operation:
Please note that business hours for our sales representatives are subject to change based on volume and peak season demands; set schedules to be discussed
(Non-Peak) Full-time hours: Monday-Thursday 12PM-8PM and Saturday 10AM-2PM

Duties and responsibilities:
- Call potential clients to diagnose lawn needs and educate them on our various services and programs. Enroll these clients in a program that will both benefit their lawn and meet their needs.
- Call existing clients to renew their service or up-sell an added service to their current program.
- Meet or exceed the quota per calling list requirement
- Enter order information into the client database.
- Web Lead and Door Knocking Lead follow up (live-leads)

Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is an asset
- High school diploma
- Strong sales, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple web pages

Job types available: Full-time, hourly/Commission, Seasonal (permanent positions available)

Salary: $17.00 per hour plus commission or straight commission

Additional Pay: Bonus, vacation pay, commission pay, Incentive additional paid hours

Benefits: 2nd Year Agent full benefits, Opportunity to work Remote (TBD)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 12PM-8PM and Saturdays 10AM-2PM (subject to change as per seasonal demands)

Hours: 34 hours per week minimum (non-peak)
